This is the way we structure our audit price.
If you pushed the link "COMPLIANCE" above, it is evident that such an audit is very similar for every fund, regardless of size. It stands to reason that this part of an audit can legitimately be priced as a flat fee.
.......this part of an audit cannot be legitimately charged as a flat fee. That is a "FINANCIAL" audit. Reasonably, this is a function of the number of transactions checked.
Small funds - very quick
Large funds - lengthy. Sound fair?
